There is no coffee shop better than this! I live 35 minutes away and will happily make the trip just to get their cafe con leche. The quality and taste is like no other. Trust me, I’ve been looking for a match and nothing compares. Not only is coffee amazing but the food is delicious and homemade. The staff is pretty incredible too! So welcoming and friendly. I can’t recommend this place enough!!

I LOVE this place! I feel at home and like a part of the family when I’m there. Coffee is excellent - BEWARE: you will be *extremely* productive for the rest of the day when you sip on their coffee. This is authentic, have not had coffee this good since I tried café cubano in Florida for the first time. The sandwiches - fully made from scratch. I feel transported back to the Caribbean. The entire experience from coming into the shop to leaving with my coffee and sandwich in hand is so warm. Greeted with love, everything is made with love, and it’s one of my favourite neighborhood staples. Give them a visit! They’ll make your day ❤️

As a Pacific Northwest coffee snob, and former South Florida resident that loved Cuban cuisine, this place checks all my boxes. The staff were extremely friendly. They have a small menu, which translates to quality and consistency for their output. The Cubano was fantastic, and the Cuban coffee latte brought me back to South Florida. Skip the coffee shops using the manufacturered sweeteners and syrups and go here instead. Great interior too - more room than I anticipated.

The best coffee shop in Downtown Phoenix, and I don’t say this lightly. The coffee is exceptional, and all has a Cuban flair. Try the Cafe Con Leche on ice and they’ll tell you the best way to enjoy the flavor. The beans are all fresh roasted. Everything here is made from scratch. Grab a cubano or a fresh made cookie. Or an empanada. Or some of their top tier black beans and rice. You cannot go wrong. The people who own this place are somehow even better than their food. Warm, friendly, and committed to making everyone’s day a bit better. The space reflects the personality of the owners, warm and inviting and full of character. This is the sort of locally owned, community focused gem we can never have enough of. Walk through this unassuming glass door down on Central. You’ll be so glad you did.

First time trying Cuban coffee and this place was phenomenal! I received a warm greeting upon entrance and the staff was so helpful with explaining the menu to me; even gave me a free sample as a first time patron. Will definitely be back before leaving Phoenix.
