I stopped by Makenna Koffee Company and really enjoyed the overall vibe. The atmosphere is nice and cozy—perfect for a coffee date or just hanging out for a bit. That said, it doesn’t quite have that Starbucks-style setup where you’d want to stay for hours working on a laptop. The drinks were good, but definitely on the sweeter side, so keep that in mind depending on your preference. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating, which is a plus, and the drive-thru option is super convenient if you’re on the go. Pricing is a bit high, but that’s pretty standard for most coffee spots these days. Overall, a solid place if you’re looking for a relaxed, cozy coffee stop rather than a work-heavy environment.

The cups and the coffee flavors remind me of Dutch Bros. The lattes are creamy and flavorful. The pastries are too sweet. They could be better if they weren’t as sweet. The texture and flavor was otherwise good. Service wise, my first time I tried Makenna, the drive thru worker acted like all my questions were dumb. I asked what Maui Milk was because it’s something that’s used throughout their menu, but I didn’t know what to expect because it’s clearly not a normal milk. The girl rolled her eyes at me and told me that she couldn’t tell me because it’s a secret recipe. I never asked for the recipe. I wanted to know what to expect if I ordered it. She’s failing the creators of Makenna and their recipes by failing to properly sell it to customers and instead serving attitude. I also asked what the lemon blueberry pastry was because it just says “lemon blueberry” on the menu. Is it a scone? A muffin? A danish? A pop tart? She also rolled her eyes at that. Apparently it’s a coffee cake. Would return for the drinks. Would not return for the service

If I could give more stars for the drinks and the service I would. I needed sugar-free options and they had plenty. The coffee was delicious, but the thing that really blew my mind is the customer service. Any establishment that trains their employees to this exceptional level of customer service has my business anytime. Every employee was friendly and helpful and courteous, and really made me feel like it was a personalized experience. I truly appreciated it!! you all made my day!!

First time here as they recently opened. Friendly staff for sure. The inside isn’t open yet, so you have to walk to the drive-thru person to place your order. The Maui latte was superb. However, the ice was to the top. So there wasn’t much coffee. I’ll have to ask for less ice next time to get my money’s worth. But I’ll be back.

OK, had to stop by this place. It was truly a delightful experience. I ordered a Hawaiian latte, and it was delicious!
