I've been here a good number of times. Great coffee, and they have the best pastries! Spacious environment. Plenty of space inside, and covered and open-air seating outside. It's in a nice area too. Does train have several locations in the Fresno-Clovis area, and I think this one is my favorite. There are also kind of in the corner of the plaza which means less movement and noise, making being outdoors even more pleasant. I was happy to take my family that was visiting me from out of town here and they loved it. We relaxed in the sun eating treats and drinking good coffee. Their hot chocolate is pretty rich, and smooth. Most of the time I hate hot chocolate. They also have wi-fi here (good speed even with a lot of people on laptops here). I definitely appreciated that since I had to get some work done here and didn't have internet at my place at the time. You can eat well here. Also, try the salmon and cream cheese bagel, lots of flavor; savory too. They also have the friendliest people. You can't fake that if you have a toxic manager. So these people are doing a lot right!

I really enjoy the mornings that I'm able to go to Kuppa Joy. It starts my day on a positive trajectory. Everyone is friendly, the coffee is delicious and the chicken artichoke panini...yum! I will say that it is usually busy in the morning so you may have to share a table or sit in the patio. But, it's worth it.

Seriously the BEST CUP OF COFFEE in Fresno! This is a local chain and they have fantastic coffee and customer service! We’ve enjoyed the Kuppa Joy and an Oat Milk Latte every day we’ve been in town. They also have breakfast nibbles, bagels, croissants and treats. HIGHLY RECOMMEND when you’re in Fresno. They have multiple locations in the area but they all have a local feel. Lots of folks in here on laptops studying or working and enjoying both the vibe and AC.

A lively inviting atmosphere with a nice ambience. The cashier was serving extra smiles and kindness as well which made the visit extra worth it.
