Love this little shop! So convenient and they always have fun seasonal flavors like basil syrup. I normally do some sort of matcha and theirs is one of the best in the area. Made properly and with customizable sweetness. The baristas here are always super friendly and quick as well!

I tried the winter seasonal Polvoron Cappuccino today. It wasn’t quite my personal preference, as it leaned more toward a milky flavor, though I can see how it could be a good choice for those who enjoy that style of coffee. At $8 per cup, it felt a little pricey for me, and the foam wasn’t exactly what I was expecting, but overall it was still a pleasant experience. I’d be happy to come back and try a regular latte next time.

Love Motivāt—such great coffee, and am always so excited to try their seasonal specials, too! The pastries are perfect. Everyone who works there is lovely. So lucky to have this place close to work.

Super fun, creative rotating menu and friendly baristas. Kind of a literal hole in the wall, but there's reasonable outdoor seating. Definitely worth the occasional trip if you're seeking coffee in Oakland!

It was a school event, and the staff did an amazing job serving and making coffee. They really listened to our preferences and offered great recommendations. If you’re looking for a vendor for your event, I would definitely recommend them!
