This coffee house, formally known as Twiggs has been a neighborhood standby for over 25 years… Well, that’s as long as I’ve been coming! Fantastic, friendly staff and barista with a variety of vegan and non-vegan pastries. A nice selection of breakfast burritos. Their avocado toast is to die for. Love the peanut butter bagels. Very dog, friendly with indoor and outdoor seating. I also feature a small corner, display, vocal artist, and crafters products for sale… Also plants for sale. LGBT 🏳️‍🌈 friendly.

Open early. Robust pastry case, and day old options. Largish space with outdoor seating. Friendly staff, and one killer Mexican Mocha. Be ready for the spicy variety, rather than the mere raw chocolate version. Areas for craft product sales, everything clean and tidy.

This is one of my favorite coffee spots. Of course, it does not quite meet my Italian standards. Nevertheless, the latte is pleasant enough for me to appreciate and enjoy. Finding a brioche at 50% off is always a small delight. The atmosphere is calm and conducive to study, with many people quietly working. The coffee is consistently good, and while it is mainly frequented by locals, it makes for a perfect stop after a meal, especially since there are many excellent restaurants in the University Heights area.

Really nice spot. - Dirty Chai Latte: 6.5/10. I prefer mine to be spicier and punchier, but overall pretty good. - Egg sandwich: 9/10. Oh man this was good. English muffin was insane.

I visited this coffee shop today and I have to say, overall I liked it. The service was pleasant and polite, and my drink was prepared fairly quickly. I had an iced matcha latte, and I really enjoyed it. It’s important for me that I was able to get a non-sweetened drink — they use pure matcha powder with no added sugar. The space is quite open, with plenty of seating. They also sell various handmade accessories, which you can either buy or simply look at while waiting for your order. I sat at a table, and to be honest, it was a bit dirty — as were some of the nearby tables. I wish it had been a little cleaner. Still, my overall impression is positive. I think I’ll come back to try their coffee, since I haven’t tasted it yet.
