What a very clean and esthetically pleasing café! My mom and I found it very charming with a chill vibe and atmosphere. The staff members were pleasant and professional. You can notice that they take pride in their work and uniform appearance. The main area where you order was decorated in earth tones. Very light and very simple, but elegant. They also have an area that has a garden vibe with private enclosures and an outdoor area with more seating. I brought my mom for something warm to drink and since I'd heard so many good things about the coffee and other available beverages, I thought I'd finally try it. My mom and I were not disappointed! She had the drip coffee and I had the vanilla latte with the Biscoff foam. We both were like, "Mmm!", when we tasted it. We will definitely be returning! I would have ordered something from the beautiful display of pastries, but I gave up desserts and pastries for Lent. I'm coming after Easter to try some for sure!

Came in twice, first time I got a 25% sweet earl grey matcha, the raspberry cheesecake, lemon poppy cake and the banana krokan cake. The earl grey matcha was great, it definitely had a strong earl grey taste and I would’ve loved it to be a little lighter. unfortunately they don’t go under 25% (which is 1/2oz syrup). The lemon poppy was alright, the raspberry cheesecake was delicious, and the banana krokan was a little too strong/heavy on the chocolate mousse. Now for my second visit I wanted a plain matcha and asked for 25% sweet brown sugar, but she said that was their sweetest syrup and since they can’t go lower, she suggested the vanilla. Unfortunately the vanilla was really strong. It felt like I was drinking a vanilla ice cream drink. I can’t imagine what 50% or the regular sweetness tastes like. I’d recommend they adjust or offer less sweet options. I did ask if they had a simple syrup so I could add just a touch of sweetness myself but they didn’t.

Love this! The staff, the food, atmosphere is truly amazing! As a writer, I look for somewhere that has great food but even better coffee. Their lattes are amazing and there's so much seating options. I always grab my coffee and head to the back... then zone out. Their speciality is more focused n dessert as there's many options to choose from. The decor is really cute, sort of artsy

We came here by the Gaslamp location of Hinar Dessert Bar and Cafe after dinner, and I can see why this place is so popular! It’s such a cool, cozy spot to hang out, and I was surprised by how spacious the seating is. I think "Hinar" means pomegranate, which fits perfectly since so many of their desserts are fruit-based. We ordered the raspberry white chocolate cake and the chocolate cake. Both were delicious and "nicely done"—they even came decorated with a real carnation flower on top, which was a beautiful touch. The coffee game is strong here, too. I tried the Orange Blossom Latte; it was fruity, unique, and very creative. Definitely a great dessert spot with super friendly people. Highly recommend checking it out if you're downtown!

Hinar Coffee Shop is a great spot with a calm and cozy atmosphere. The staff are friendly and welcoming, making you feel comfortable right away. The coffee quality is excellent, and the vanilla latte is a must try—smooth, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. It’s a nice place to relax, meet friends, or enjoy some quiet time. Highly recommended for coffee lovers! ☕😊
