Wednesday, February 18th at 10:50am. I was helped by a guy wearing a purple hoodie with the hood up while working inside. He was clearly in bad mood, visibly irritated, unhappy and unwelcoming. It felt like he was working angrily and didn’t want to be there at all. The energy was honestly terrible. To make things worse, my coffee was served in a poor-quality cup that was leaking. Not from the lid opening, but from the side of the cup itself. It was dripping and soaking through the packaging. It was not a pleasant experience. Customer service completely shapes a customer’s experience, and unfortunately mine was definitely not a good one. The coffee tastes good though. I had Colombian Decaf.

Line out the door type sh. Good. 👌 very tiny inside, but they offer outside seating. 🥹 I got a caramel macchiato and it was very tasty. My homie got an iced latte and said it was delectable.

Amazing, independent business that has been serving the Castro for about 25 years. Very fair prices for their high-quality coffee, with a few basic tables outside for peak people-watching. They have high-quality baked goods for a quick bite, and also sell their own roasted beans. I enjoyed my nutella latte tremendously, and got the small iced variety with half regular, half oat milk and light nutella. It completely hit the spot and helped start the morning right. Notable that every size has 2 espresso shots, so choose your size with that in mind!

Iced hazelnut drip coffee - 5/5 Iced caramel cream drip coffee - 4/5 Iced coffee default flavor - 3/5 tastes bitter Cozy hole in the wall with friendly cashier. Great coffee at reasonable prices. $2.75 for small drip coffee. You can buy beans by the pound

Spotted this place while on a walk and I'm so glad we stopped by, such great service and coffee. I got a mocha and it had the perfect balance of chocolate and coffee. The man behind the counter was very friendly and gave great recommendations for treats and drinks. They have baked goods and a great assortment of coffee beans. It's a small space once in the shop so a line was forming out on the sidewalk, and masks are a must. For sure stop by here.
