Absolutely loved this café! The atmosphere is super cool, welcoming, and the perfect place to relax. We ordered an Americano and a hot chocolate, and both were excellent rich, flavorful, and made perfectly. We also tried a caramel pastry with nuts, and it was absolutely delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. Everything we had exceeded our expectations, and the overall experience was wonderful. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for great coffee, tasty pastries, and a unique atmosphere. We will definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Every time we go to Flywheel Coffee Roasters, we leave feeling happier than when we walked in. Of course, the coffee is exceptional — their flat white is one of my absolute favorites in the city — but what truly makes Flywheel special is the people and the whole experience. The baristas are always so warm, approachable, genuine, and welcoming. You can really feel the care they put into creating a space where people want to slow down and stay awhile. It never feels transactional — it feels personal and cozy in the best way. And the pastries and savory items… honestly, everything we’ve tried has been delicious. We especially love all their croissants, especially the almond croissant. The banana bread, coconut gluten-free muffin, coconut donut, and cinnamon bread are all so good too. Flywheel is one of those rare places where the coffee, food, atmosphere, and people all come together beautifully. Such a gem in San Francisco.

Superb cappuccinos, cortado and Americanos across 3 recent visits. After visiting Flywheel several times over the years the quality and consistency continue to impress. Barista Gary is a master of his craft with friendly smile and good humor. Other baristas also kind and like to answer questions. We love coffeehouses that roast their own beans so purchased several bags that delivered quality espresso at home via a Jura automatic machine. Outdoor patio in the back creates intimate space for enjoying a cup prior to strolling through Golden Gate Park. In fact quite warm on a cold day due to its cover. Cappuccino was excellent. If you like very strong not bitter Java go for the cortado. Americano best at 6-8 ounces. With so many places to choose from this establishment unequivocally deserves a visit.

Good but more of a co-working space this Saturday afternoon. Every space occupied by laptop users and nowhere really to sit for coffee. Coffee is good - worth the walk up the park. Service good too. Turn off WiFi and ban laptops and it would be 5 star.

Excellent mocha and latte's. If you care about quality coffee and lattes with perfect foam then this is your place. You can't go wrong with the great chill atmosphere, laid back vibe and music with a patio in the back. They do have a small selection of gluten free donuts and other bread goods to eat with your coffee. Come check this place out!
