The coffee is pretty good and the atmosphere is good, however, when it is busy, it is pretty busy and you might be waiting a little bit. I got a breakfast sandwich and it cost 4 times as much as a McDonald’s breakfast sandwich and is exactly the same quality. If they charge this much they should at least do something special.

This is a great location to work, meet with a friend, or have coffee. I have mixed feelings about Kairos as it is a great place to be, but not the best in terms of service. If you order food, it is likely that it will take 25+ minutes to receive it, in the air if your drink is made correctly, and not the best service. I’ve waited to have my order taken multiple times to find employees on their phones sitting down, but they are apologetic and very nice. Their prices are also just too high. If it was more reasonable, I would go here all the time (I used to), but now I intentionally find other locations for pricing and service.

We enjoyed this gem of a coffee shop. The building is old and beautiful from floor to ceiling. Old & charming, full of character. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Cappuccino and cold brews were flavorful and delicious. I wish we had time to sit and sip, but we had trails to hike.

The service here is excellent and the coffee drinks are top notch. I got both their drip coffee black and their dirty chai, and both were outstanding. Kairos absolutely knows their coffee! They lose a star for their food, unfortunately. I ordered the OG Breakfast Sandwich with Bacon. For over $10, I expected something far better than what, in both size and quality, basically amounts to an Egg McMuffin. In my opinion, this item needs to either be improved in quality, reduced in price, or removed from the menu entirely.

Food is pretty good and fast. They are kind when making alterations to your order. I had a tea from their holiday menu that was incredible. I ordered another for the road. It was on the sweet side and I did have to ask them to fill the cup with hot water because before drinking any the top was missing about and inc of liquid
