Fantastic coffee shop. Unique flavors that are bursting with flavors. Well combined and thoughtful pairings so that nothing is over powering. Pastries are also very very tasty. Had the cardamom bun and wish I had 6 more. Coffee was the peanut butter miso 😍 rich and earthy, very well balanced!

Came in with my wife this morning. She ordered a honey vanilla latte and I got the strawberry matcha latte with Ube. Both drinks had amazing flavor. Nate greeted us and provided us with options on how we could order our drinks. Food and customer service were amazing. We’ll definitely be back!

Carley’s personality was so outstandingly welcoming and the way she described the matcha, made me want to try it. Genuinely kind customer service really makes a difference in the whole vibe of an establishment especially for coffee drinkers… I really am a Starbucks lady, but I’ll be back for sure! The matcha was great! And strawberry pop tart was good too. It paired well.

I’ve been following Nate & Shannon’s pop-ups for the past year and always left obsessed with whatever I ordered. The creative flavors and homemade syrups are unlike anything else in Jacksonville, so when they finally opened their own spot, I was SO excited. And it did not disappoint. The vibe and atmosphere they’ve created are just chef’s kiss! Whether you’re hanging out for a while or just popping in for a quick coffee run, it feels like exactly the kind of place you want to be. Now let’s talk about the drinks, because I need you to try the miso caramel, the strawberry matcha, and the s’mores latte with that big, perfectly toasted marshmallow on top. I’ve been here more times than I can count, and it never disappoints. If you’re a coffee enthusiast who appreciates something a little different, this place really stands out. The quality of their beans and the care they put into each drink are obvious from the first sip. The miso caramel is surprisingly incredible—something I never would have expected to love, but now it’s a favorite. Their cortado is smooth, rich, and perfectly done. They also serve authentic Japanese matcha, prepared properly, so you get a true taste of what matcha should be. Their pour-over is another highlight and probably my top choice. If you’re looking for thoughtfully crafted, high-quality coffee, this spot is absolutely worth checking out—you’ll be glad you did.
