This is a nice smaller coffee shop with great internal feel. Unassuming and the staff was nice and enjoyable to talk too. Coffee was very good and would definitely go back. Vegan and sugar free options available.

A coffee shop that advertises closing at 3:00 PM should be serving its full menu until close, or at the very least clearly communicate an earlier kitchen closing time. I stopped in well before closing around 1pm, specifically for coffee and a light meal, only to be told the kitchen had already been cleaned and no food was available. From a customer’s perspective, this is frustrating and misleading. If the business is effectively stopping food service nearly two hours before closing, then those hours should be posted accordingly. Otherwise, customers make the trip expecting the products being advertised, only to leave empty-handed. This wasn’t just an inconvenience—it was a lost sale. I came prepared to spend money on both food and drinks and ended up having to go elsewhere simply because the employees want to go home early. If this is standard practice, I can imagine many other customers have had the same experience. A business shouldn’t be turning away paying customers during its posted operating hours.

I found myself headed to Jacksonville for a weekend of work and took my girl with me to make a small vacation out of it. We hit up this local shop at the recommendation of the guy at the front desk of our hotel, asking "Where's a good place to grab a coffee that isnt Starbucks or Dunkin?" He told me that the hotel staff is hooked on Urban Grind. Enough said! Im normally an iced coffee drinker but the weather coming in we decided on something hot. Drinks were good! They also had a really cool looking outdoor space that we'll have to check out next time we're in the area. I feel like this place might be even better in nicer weather. Overall we had a very good experience.

Oh my gosh, the bagels here are incredible! I had the Jalapeno bagel with jalapeno spread, egg, and bacon, and let me tell you, it was super delicious! Since I had just finished a workout, I was really good and only had half (but I could've easily eaten more!). Yum! And don’t even get me started on the chai tea latte—it was so good and matched the chill vibe of the place perfectly. I’d totally give it a 10/10 and recommend it to everyone!

I stopped by this morning and had a completely different experience than some recent reviews suggest. My barista (I believe her name was Shelly) was efficient and professional. My order was made correctly, and I appreciated the effort to serve customers quickly. Just wanted to share a positive experience and recognize the hard work that often goes unnoticed.
