Wonderful cafe. Staff has always been really approachable, bright, and friendly. Coffee has always been spot on & has never botched any of my orders. High quality espresso and tea. Has a print with me printer and usually plenty of seating. Calming atmosphere which I love and can spend time relaxing and journaling. Thank you to the staff for always being so great!

If you’re looking for a cozy spot with seriously good coffee and pastries, Ground Up Cafe is a gem. The cappuccino freddo is easily one of the best I’ve had—perfectly smooth, refreshing, and beautifully balanced with that rich espresso flavor and creamy foam. It’s the kind of drink you keep thinking about long after you leave. The spinakopita pastry was another standout—flaky, warm, and packed with savory spinach and feta. It tasted fresh and homemade, and paired incredibly well with the coffee. Honorable mention goes to the blueberry muffin—moist, not overly sweet, and loaded with blueberries. A great choice if you want something classic with your coffee. Overall, Ground Up Cafe nails both the coffee and the pastries. Definitely worth stopping by if you’re in the area. ☕🥐

I love the vibe of the cafe! The drinks are super good :) I got the Stawbana matcha twice during the time I was here. Their spinach and feta pie is amazingly delicious and the workers there were very friendly 💖 I stayed here with my friends to junk journal, study, and catch up.

This place has the absolute worst croissant I've ever had in my life. Totally in edible. The other items I got were bad too (lemon poppy cake, old fashioned doughnut, cappuccino). They heated them up in why I have to assume is just a microwave based on The way all this food came out. Utterly horrible.

This place is NEXT LEVEL coffee!!! My wife and I have been hooked on it ever since we started going here. The food is amazing!!! The almond croissant, ham and cheese pie and baklava are among my favorites. If you are looking for coffee like you’ve never had before, stop looking and go to Ground Up Coffee & Bites.
