I’ve already been here multiple times but love it and needed to leave a review to acknowledge how consistent this place still is after 3 years of going here! My dad got the seared tuna salad, I got the Italian panini toasted to perfection! If you like small bites and a quality cocktails Joe is a phenomenal bartender and makes stellar recommendations and has the patience of an angel! I absolutely would not skip this place if your strolling down magazine or looking for a pit stop during your day drinking shenanigans.

My experience at this café was amazing. The coffee is some of the best I’ve had, and their beignets are the best in New Orleans. I’ve tried four different places, and this one is definitely the top. They are so delicious, especially the cinnamon beignet. The breakfast is also excellent. Their iced coffee is also delicious I tried the iced latte with oat milk, and it was amazing. The hot coffee is just as good. Overall, this has been my best café experience in New Orleans so far. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for delicious Beignet.

I visited this cafe for a quick breakfast before a Garden District walking tour. While the energy of the space and the staff were incredibly welcoming, the experience was a mixed bag of culinary hits and misses, ultimately overshadowed by some major cleanliness concerns. The Highlights • The Egg Biscuit: This was the standout. The biscuit was exactly what you want—flaky, buttery, and fluffy. It had a surprising "punch" of flavor, with a peppery arugula that paired perfectly with a dry, nutty cheese. • Atmosphere & Service: The service was exceptionally friendly, and there is ample seating both inside and out. The general energy of the clientele was pleasant, making it feel like a nice community hub. The Misses • The Coffee & Tea: The Earl Grey was a basic Tazo tea bag, which felt underwhelming. My oat milk latte lacked any nuanced coffee notes, and the lavender syrup in the other latte was far too overpowering. • The Avocado Toast: This was a "waste of calories." The avocados were unripe and they were sliced instead of mashed, so the bacon and egg slid off the bread and left remnants on the table and on my clothing. It was incredibly messy and completely bland. While the egg was poached until both the yolk and white were fully set, I personally prefer a runny yolk. Major Hygiene Red Flags The primary reason I would not return is the lack of hygiene. I felt increasingly uncomfortable during my visit due to the following: • Pets Indoors: There was a dog sitting at a table inside the restaurant. The dog shook its fur numerous times, which is natural for them yet utterly unhygienic in a restaurant! I found this reprehensible and nauseating. • Lack of Upkeep: The front entrance mat was covered in animal hair, and I didn't see any staff wiping down tables or cleaning during my stay. It’s concerning to think about animal dander resting on chairs and tables where people are eating. Surely this constitutes a food and safety hazard. Verdict: If you’re looking for a great biscuit and don't mind a pet-friendly environment, you might enjoy this spot. However, if you prefer strict professional hygiene standards and more quality ingredients, then dine elsewhere.

The fancy beignet flight was *aight* Mid at best, pretty dry and heavy trying to make up for flavor with the drizzles. Definitely not within the top 10 best beignets NOLA has to offer sadly

The photos on Google don't accurately depicted the environment. Upon walking in its dark and dirty with minimal chairs at each table. All the tables were dirty and the bar was the only place with customer's. No one even acknowledged us walking in and I was with 5 other people. The beignets were to thick and were uncooked in the middle, the fries seemed like they were from yesterday's batch cooked a second time. We ordered 3 beignets flights and 3 regulars. The pistachio, s'more and canole were ok, the rasberry and macha could have been good but because its not fresh ingredients its just nasty. The rasberry was like eating a cheap jelly from the store. The sweet tea was nasty and truly disappointing. The bartenders knowledge on drinks was disappointing as well I will say the chicken flatbread was so good but super messy. I would eat that again but, I doubt I'd ever go back.
