Our first visit and it won't be our last. The coffee is great, the aesthetic is nice and the batista was really nice. There are several tables for congregating, plus a nice patio area that we can't wait to enjoy when spring finally arrives. It's dog friendly, we met 3 dogs while we were there. I wish I wouldn't take a photo of the St. Bernard. She was beyond adorable 😍. Once again I forgot to take a photo of our coffees, but you know it's good when my husband orders 2 Lattes. ☕

Ever since Fawkes Alley opened in Loring Park, it has been such a treat. I try to stop in whenever I can (I live in the area, so it's pretty often haha), so I have tried a few of their specialty coffees! I was there earlier this week and picked up a plain drip coffee and a chocolate muffin, and honestly, it just hit the right spot. Coffee was an acidic light roast (which is not my fav, but was still perfectly made -- not burned, not under extracted), and the chocolate muffin was hands down one of the better coffee shop pastries I have ever had. Perfectly moist and rich and delicious. Staff was really nice and welcoming, prices are so reasonable for the Loring Park area, and the location is great! I love the social mission and values of the shop as well -- it's so important for us to have these community spaces. There's a portraiture gallery that has opened next door as well, so it was really pleasant to grab a coffee and then check out the gallery!

I tried this wild combo: tonic water with coffee. Perfect for adventurous taste buds like mine—I totally recommend it. But if your style is more classic, maybe skip this one. Service was great, and the view outside the café was really lovely.

I didn’t realize there was a local coffee shop so close to me. It was SOOOO good. Good pricing and good food/drinks. Also dog friendly. They had indoor seating and patio seating. I was very impressed and will be back frequently!

I enjoyed the atmosphere a lot! It's a peaceful place for people and pets. The plants on the wall were a pleasant accompaniment to the delicious and decadent 16oz Iced Mocha. Caffeine with the perfect amount of sweetness to kick off Monday right! Small side note: They do not take cash here. You must have a card or GPay. I'm so glad that I brought my card, or I wouldn't have been able to pay. Well worth it, though.
