So happy to have this beautiful cafe in downtown. Drinks are 10/10 and the space is stunning. I tried the date cloud latte with almond milk: tasted great and the espresso and date syrup was impeccable. Fast wifi! Staff are so sweet. This will be my new remote working spot. 💓

Really delicious and aesthetically pleasing coffee shop. I love the nods to Somali heritage and all the artwork in the place. The service was fine - friendly baristas that served with a smile. They were patient with us as we figured out what we wanted. I liked that they have a mini fridge with other soft drinks and Honest juice boxes for the kids. I got the triple berry cloud matcha and the iced date caramel latte. Both were so delicious and creamy. It was some of the best coffee and matcha I've had - and such unique flavors too. I also really loved the cardamom spice loaf and the cookie. Everything tasted so gourmet. It was easy to find paid street parking on the weekend. I wonder how it would be on the weekday. Definitely will be back.

What a great place. Here for work for a week, have been here every morning because they are one of the ONLY cafes opened before 7 am. They noticed every time we came in and even so early, they are cheerful, welcoming and warm. The drinks are great, matcha is the best I’ve had in MN (4g). Coming from a saturated Bay Area place, this is hard to find outside the Bay, but this place has got it. Affordable as well! The pastries are a hit, the cookies are fresh and honestly I have had very low expectations for pastries in coffee/drink businesses, but no kidding- these croissants are amazing, bread is moist, chocolate chip/chai cookies are so good. Today being the last day, I learned the person taking my order, making my order, having conversations with me everyday, was the owner. Someone who works with their staff, knows her products, knowing her menu is KEY. She is kind, remembers small details of conversations, but what I love the most is a WOMAN OWNED BUSINESS that also supports other women! Their matcha is woman owned and they sell This is a beautiful place. Cannot wait to see them grow and flourish and make their mark in this industry.

I’ve been to this cafe a few times and have yet to be disappointed! Tried their triple berry matcha as well as the salted date caramel cloud latte which is an absolute WINNER for me!! Also the location is a 10/10; super walkable area which will make this place a must for me in the summer. Can’t wait to see what other flavors they come out with!

Stopped by Nur House Café for their soft opening in downtown Minneapolis and loved every bit of it. I had a croissant and chai latte, simple, warm, and exactly what I needed. The space is beautiful, with thoughtful interior design and meaningful art pieces that reflect Somali culture and heritage. The logo stands out even more knowing its meaning, Nūr, light, which perfectly captures the feeling of the space. It’s also in one of the best locations in Minneapolis, near green space that makes it perfect for enjoying your coffee outside. So happy to see a Somali American coffee shop bringing something special to the city. ☕ 🇺🇸🇸🇴😍
