Great spot to get out of the house to read at. Nice seating arrangements, but maybe a little dim in some spots for reading off paper. I brought a book and tried several of their cocktails. They were great! Will definitely be back. It's not super noisy, but don't expect it to be like a library, depending on when you go. So, if you are going to read, might be best to bring some headphones or earplugs if it bothers you.

First time in Omaha, NE. Decided to visit The Reading Room. Really great atmosphere and service. Located in a historic building with great ambiance. Quiet, soft music and lighting. Plenty of books and games. The staff is very attentive and pleasant. Glad we found this spot to relax. Highly recommend!

I love the relazing vibes, being able to read my books, and fantastic chats. I'm so happy there is a place here with these cozy vibes. I had the Some Like It Hot Marg and it was wonderfully balanced and delicious. Coffee is pour over based, and was tasty. The seasonal menu is fun and it's awesome to hear from the bartenders about their creations. Marianna is wonderful and I love to see her everytime.

I had the most amazing time at The Reading Room yesterday afternoon. I had the day off so I decided to check it out. It was SO cozy - I thoroughly enjoyed the overall vibe of the place and just being able to sit quietly with my book and delicious tea. I WILL be back - thank you for providing the space!

I have been here almost everyday for the past week and a half now. I would describe the place as my cup of tea. If you’re a mellow person who enjoys a family owned business. I’d highly recommend this spot. The owners are awesome and willing to talk about life. Act as real human beings and not a npc.
