One of my favorite stops while traveling. I always look for locally owned coffee shops, and this one absolutely delivered. You can tell it was built with the local community in mind—from the name inspired by New Mexico’s Cutbow Trout to the attention to quality in everything they do. They roast their coffee right in-house, and the homemade syrups and macadamia nut milk really set them apart. You can taste the difference. It’s not just coffee—it’s an experience. If you’re anywhere nearby, this is 100% worth the stop.

We pass through Albuquerque a few times a year and I’ve wanted to try this coffee shop for the past few years and due to time of day, it’s not worked out until today. I’m so glad I kept this coffee shop in my map. The coffee shop with the cool classic truck out front. Fantastic coffee, decor that shares a story, clean, and friendly staff. The cherry pastry was as good as it looked in photos. We will definitely be back!! House made canela latte was delicious!

Hands down best cortado in town so far! Exact ratios, super smooth, all around delightful! They are always friendly. The atmosphere is pretentious as I would expect for this type of coffee shop for Coffee Officiandos...which I am not, but I do love a good cup of ☕

Zero complaints. We ordered the toasted marshmallow situation, the red chile chocolate situation and a corral cortado, all of which were perfect. Definitely go for the adventurous one that appeals to you, my favorite was the red chile and chocolate which actually surprised me! We also had the oatmeal cream pie and the blue corn pinion cake situation, both of which were texturally wonderful with sophisticated balance (sweet without feeling childishly so)! This is such a treat!!

What a cute Gem in the middle of nowhere. Definately recommend for anyone that's into unique coffees. There isn't a lot of coffee shops that have their roaster in the middle of it. Beautiful decor.
