third wave coffee served in a rustic & spacious cafe. Love the space- it epitomizes the feeling one gets when you just want to sit there and enjoy the moment either doing nothing, read or work remotely. I ordered a large americano. I’m not much of a milk girl so I like my coffee black yet in espresso style so I can enjoy the notes and roast, usually I prefer light to medium roast. I also purchased beans to take home as a souvenir from my trip. I love that they sell their beans in tin cans which you can bring back for refill and get a discount! Great branding because now a Willow House tin can sits in my kitchen as I reuse it for coffee beans.

A delightful spot, with incredibly friendly staff and a bonus kid-zone to keep the Littles occupied while you are sipping. We brought our toddler here on a cold winter day and were impressed start to finish with the taste of our coffee and ambience. The patrons all seemed like regulars and were treated as well, and it was so refreshing as a parent that a toddlers needs were anticipated so we could enjoy sipping. A bespoke Raleigh treasure that we will visit again!

We stopped by for some food and coffee. After reading the reviews, the salty southerner did not disappoint. The flavor of the dark maple syrup combined with the smokey salt is so good! My wife got the slugger and enjoyed that one too. Parking is limited and we did not really enjoy the food. The burrito was heavy on potatoes and black pepper and the sandwiches were a bit tough and dry. The breakfast is probably better earlier in the morning. We liked the space and friendly people, would come again!

They have a welcoming vibe with very friendly staff. There’s free two-hour parking conveniently located across the street. I didn’t love the Salty Southern Latte, it was a bit too smoky for my taste, but there are plenty of other options I’m excited to try. It’s a great stop for coffee before heading over to Dix Park. I’ll definitely be back to explore more of the menu.

I ordered a small matcha latte and specifically asked for just a few cubes of ice, but almost half of the cup ended up being filled with ice and the drink wasn’t topped off, so there was barely any actual drink left. Since the cup size was already small, it felt like I got much less than what I paid for. I gave polite feedback afterward, but nothing was offered to make it right, which made me feel unheard as a customer. The matcha itself tasted fine, but the overall service was disappointing. The cashier also seemed more focused on long conversations with customers than being considerate of the people waiting patiently in line. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I don’t plan on coming back.
