Really nice cozy spot to grab a coffee or tea and pastry downtown. I had a coconut dirty chai (seasonal) which was delicious and super smooth - a little on the sweet side but I think most people will love that. I also had the everything bagel bun, which was very tasty and had the texture of a Costco croissant, was well seasoned, and covered in hot honey which gave a nice sweetness to complement the salty flavor. The cream cheese center was a little too much cream cheese, but still good. Staff was super nice and offered cinnamon on top of my drink and I also saw them give a free coffee to an unhoused person outside which was a positive thing to see. Would come back again :) Would be an especially good place to work on a project, study, or meet up with a friend.

I was in town all week and visited four or five coffee shops. This was the only one downtown that I was actually greeted with a smile when I walked in. Great coffee and pastries that looked amazing. I got this amazing service from people who don't accept tips!! Whoever runs this joint knows what they're doing. AND, check out the bathroom!!! Spotless, didn't stink, golden throne. Super nice and clean sitting area. Comfy couches, proper lighting,

Best cup of "drip" coffee I've ever had. I think Matt told me it's technically not drip. It has a layer of delicious crema. The service is fast, efficient. Staff are unusually warm, personable, and professional. Everything is clean. Haven't tried the food, but it all looks great. Heard good things from coworkers. Prices are really reasonable. And they don't take tips. I understand this is a family-owned business. They seem like good people. After a few visits, I can easily place Restoration in my list of top 5 coffee shops in the Columbus area.

My go-to spot in the neighborhood for coffee, breakfast, and a relaxing atmosphere. The coffee is always excellent, and the cozy, welcoming vibe makes it a place I genuinely enjoy spending time in. Their breakfast sandwich deserves special recognition—it's hands down the best I've ever had. Everything is made with care, and the quality keeps me coming back again and again.

Absolutely adore this coffee shop! It is beautiful and the owners pour so much love and intention into every single detail and it really really shows. Would 1000000000% recommend to people. Lauren is the best barista! Oh yeah the coffee is incredible as well it tastes amazing. Thank you Matt and Amber for being such a light to everyone around you and creating a place where people can feel so connected and comfortable 🥰
