Dropped in one afternoon and liked the relaxed environment right away. The coffee had a good aroma and tasted fresh. The seating arrangement made it easy to unwind. I’d recommend stopping by if you’re in the area.

My daughter and I enjoyed lunch here. We ordered the Evan and the Melted Brie Apple and happily split and enjoyed both very much! I was disappointed they didn't have a soup of the day the day we went, but we'll just have to go back :) I LOVE that they are always offering up new seasonal dishes! The service is friendly, and the atmosphere is cozy and quaint. A little gem of a place for sure!

Prism Café is one of those hidden gems that makes you feel like you’ve discovered something special. It’s a little off the beaten path, but absolutely worth the effort to find. The space is small, quaint, and welcoming, and you can immediately tell this is a place where the owners are pouring their heart and soul into every detail. The food is incredibly fresh, thoughtfully prepared, and simply amazing. I always love discovering boutique, locally owned spots like this, places with personality, passion, and quality you just don’t find everywhere. Prism Café is exactly that. If you’re in Tulsa and appreciate fresh, delicious food and a place with real character, this one is a must-visit.

If you love fresh, locally procured ingredients, the smell of pinion wood smoke, and excellent service, try Prism Cafe. My friend and I stumbled upon this cozy little restaurant and fell in love with the vibe. A guest sitting next to us overheard us talking about the menu and jumped in to help. We took his suggestions and loved every bite! I had the Toad in a Hole with yummy thick focaccia-esque bread with an egg in the middle, covered with butternut squash purée and hollandaise. It was topped with avocado slices and fresh dill. Soooo good! My friend had the Apple Brie sandwich with turkey and microgreens. She loved it. We both had the Hibiscus tea which was tart and a fun change from regular iced tea. I can’t wait to go back!

I need to make it so incredibly clear that this is my favorite place to visit in Tulsa. My week isn’t complete without at least one visit. I’ve got a go-to sandwich (the Melted Brie Apple) which is completely incredible. However, Sunday brunch allows me to try new things that have never disappointed me or my partner. So, I get to be a creature of habit and expand past my usual choice as well. Chef Aimee has become a real homie. Brit & Josue make us smile. Really, everyone that clocks in at this establishment is just there radiating good energy and hell yeah you can taste that in the food. I’m leaving this to say thank you to yall but also as a sign of “damn we should go there” to any hungry human that might be reading this. You need this food, you will leave happier, and I’m beyond proud to be a regular at this establishment.
