Ellie & Bird is the perfect coffee shop! I discovered it shortly after moving to the neighborhood, and I’m so glad I did. Best coffee, friendly baristas, and beautiful decor. It’s a great spot to work remotely from. Heather, the owner is amazing and so welcoming! Try the zucchini bread, the meat hand pies, and their vanilla lattes 🤌🏻

I'm thrilled about the emergence of new coffee houses in my neighborhood in recent years. With the growth and development in the area, old warehouses are being transformed into loft apartments, bringing in independent restaurant owners, coffee houses, and small businesses. This has created a charming small town vibe in the midst of the city. Although there is still progress to be made, the area is flourishing. Today, I had the pleasure of trying out Ellie and Bird for the first time. It's a cozy and inviting spot that exudes warmth. Although I missed out on the pastries this time, I indulged in a decaf Americano that surpassed all others I've tried. The bold flavor paired perfectly with oat milk and Stevia extract, making it the ideal afternoon pick-me-up on a chilly winter day. The rustic decor with exposed wooden floors, art deco style ceiling, and brick walls creates a welcoming ambiance. The spacious layout ensures comfort without feeling cramped. I was impressed by the clean and tastefully decorated restroom, which is also accessible to all. The walls are adorned with works by local artists and they host events that can be found online. The menu is conveniently displayed overhead at the counter, and there's a QR code for easy access on your phone. I'm already looking forward to my next visit to sample their food offerings. What an awesome spot! The coffee was so good I drank almost all of it before I even got a picture. The shaken espresso was really good and actually made how it’s supposed to be. The coconut cold foam was great too. Definitely coming back.

Truly the most relaxing comfortable space in the neighborhood. Always look forward to the pastry selection, monthly pop ups, and of course the coffees! While I would love for it to stay a hidden gem, the atmosphere is too welcoming to not hope that others find their way over.

Ellie and Bird is easily my favorite coffee shop of all time! The atmosphere is welcoming and joyful. The drinks are delicious- highly recommend the Cannoli Latte or adding the De Olla syrup to your favorites. And they always have oat milk!
