It saddens me that the magic cup franchise is poor on their consistency. I love the dallas location and was excited to have one near me. I’ve been here a few times now and each time it seems my drinks are never the same and the employees do not seem to know how to make the drinks. Also it seems they are changing recipes that financially benefits them. I normally get the tropical paradise which includes several fruit toppings. Here they said pick one only. Any other is extra. So I got the avocado smoothie. It was really bad. There was way too much milk! (Double the amount it seems) A small avocado. So the taste of avocado was minimal. It was lightly sweet but due to excess milk. My husband and I both got stomach aches that night and morning after since consuming it. So we think the milk was spoiled. I have tried this location prob 5x now. But safe to say this is prob the last time. Idk who owns this location but I hope magic cup cracks down on consistency and quality. There were no more tv screen menus either. Now it was on printed paper. Is there a reason? they want to print diff prices and drinks (with no pics) and not go with the companies ? I don’t know. It’s weird to me.

First time visiting and upon entering the building we were slapped in the face with heat. The place was super warm inside as if the AC was not working properly. We walked over from the viridian for refreshments to cool off. The one guy that took our order was not friendly at all. The owner then walked in with a colleague and looked at us and didnt speak or make us fell welcomed. The place could use a deep clean. At the entrance they have a nasty trash bin that needs to be thrown out. I would never return here or recommend to anyone.

This place has potential to be a great place to study but needs some minor details to be refined. Bathroom items needs to actually fit in the container and not just have a paper towel or toilet paper laying outside of it. Soap needs to be refilled as well. The white chairs prob need to be replaced bc they look all scratched up. It's a great space but I feel like with the later hours and the great space, they should market it more for a studying vibe! Also, I love the drive through. The concept is great, it just could be better!

I recommend coming here and getting couple cup of coffee.I got the lavender mocha latte.It is absolutely phenomenal.The pricing is great.I like the vibe.It's very cozy.The only thing that it's missing is outlets.I wish the couch just had little outlets for computers. Overall, the staff is amazing.The place is very cozy.Love it.

Got a latte, she put too much milk, it tasted horrible like hot flavored mik. Asked for sugar, they did not have sugar pots, she bring me sugar in a small 2 oz container. She was not trained properly and the owners don't want to spend money to buy sugar pkts
