Wow. This was one of the most impressive spaces I’ve seen in Austin in a long time. Cosmic Coffee at Saltillo Station absolutely blew me away. The place is massive, filled with greenery, and has countless spots to sit, relax, work, or hang out with friends. Every corner feels thoughtfully designed, making it easy to spend hours here. One of the highlights is the upstairs seating area, which offers fantastic views of the Austin skyline and gives the whole place an elevated vibe. There’s also a taco restaurant on-site and even a THCA trailer if that’s your thing, making it feel like much more than just a coffee shop. Everything about this place impressed me—from the atmosphere and layout to the overall energy. It feels like one of those uniquely Austin spots that you immediately want to show your friends. I can’t wait to come back.

Cosmic Saltillo has quickly become my new office in Austin. The atmosphere is perfect for getting work done — relaxed, comfortable, and energizing without being distracting. The coffee is excellent, and the staff is always friendly, professional, and welcoming. A special shoutout to Chef Eber, who makes the best chicken tinga tacos in Austin. They’re packed with flavor, perfectly prepared, and absolutely worth ordering. Great coffee, great food, great people, and a great place to work. Easy 5 stars.

Meh. Super cute space like the original - esp. outside, plants & water feature. Very friendly service at bar & taco place, brisket was flavorful but food overall wasn’t great. We didn’t receive the text when ours was ready and the flavor was Ok but def not worth returning for. Delish drinks - frozen marg is yum. Too pricey for the mid-food quality we received though.

My wife and I visited on a sunday, beautiful weather.The atmosphere set up is great! The DJ was overly too loud. I would like to say if it's on volume 11. It would be nice to cut it back to 8 or 9 drinks and food are really good The iced mexican mocha is very tasty the Deluxe nachos are a must you get to choose your choice of protein.We chose chicken very tasty.Every chip is covered in cheese and toppings not sure how it is during the week. I do assume the DJ is only weekends primarily based on other reviews, before visiting I did read, you could hear the fountain and it's a very relaxing tranquil area, not the case for a Sunday with the DJ blasting away parking across the street was $12 for 2hrs.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Cosmic Saltillo is such a pleasant and charming spot! They have great cocktails. I especially loved the frozen mango margarita. There’s plenty of seating, it’s very pet-friendly, and the food is really good (the “utiles” are delicious!). Plus, it’s located in a really lovely area. Definitely a place worth visiting! ;)
