I’m usually not one for a sweet morning treat, but their cinnamon bun was yummy with the cream cheese icing! I loved that their chai was a good amount of sweet without having to add anything else. Their smoothie was too sugary tho. And they gave us a free chai and who doesn’t love a good freebie? The service and atmosphere was homey and lovely! 🥰

This airplane-themed coffee shop is located in the historical downtown Mansfield. I had heard great things for months now, and I finally decided to swing by The exterior signage and decor will draw you in. There’s bright turquoise and old plane seating set up like an outdoor bench. The interior is cozy. There’s a bunch of decor, fixtures and furniture that were repurposed from old aircraft. It’s a really neat concept The menu offers coffee, espresso drinks, teas, cold brew, smoothies, lemonade, etc. There are classic drinks as well as signatures and seasonal drinks. You can also get pastries and other snacks The staff were efficient. There was a line and I couldn’t see the menu too well, and they were so efficient that by the time I got to the front there were people behind me and I felt slightly rushed to make a decision. The good news is I tried a couple different drinks and it seems like you can’t pick a bad one Some tips: Apparently there is also another location in Crowley (if that’s more convenient for you) Explore the historical downtown while you’re there. There’s boutiques, local art, local brews, etc. Parking is somewhat limited, but you should be able to find free parking off the main drag Cheers!!

Flying Squirrel Coffee Company is hands-down my new favorite spot in downtown Mansfield! I stopped in recently and was blown away by the quality of everything. The flat white with oat milk was superb—perfectly balanced, silky microfoam, and rich espresso flavor without any bitterness. It’s clear they take their coffee seriously, and it shows in every sip. Paired with their onion muffin, which was warm, savory, fluffy, and packed with that delicious caramelized onion goodness—it was the ideal savory treat to go with the coffee. Not too heavy, just spot-on flavorful. The vibe in the shop is so welcoming and cozy, with charming decor that fits the historic downtown feel. Staff were friendly, quick, and genuinely happy to help. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to linger or come back the next day. If you’re in the Mansfield area, do yourself a favor and swing by Flying Squirrel Coffee Company at 110 N Main St. You won’t be disappointed—5 stars all the way! ☕🐿️

An honest-to-God Christian coffee shop. There's a squirrel stuffy hiding in the rafters, a coffee-news newspaper for free, and vintage airplane charm everywhere. The coffee is diner style, classic "coffee coffee". The baristas are nice! What they lack in septum piercings and chopped blue hair they make up for in grace and class.

This is a nice place with a fun atmosphere for a snack and sipping on coffee, teas, or smoothies. They also honor the military. We ordered Iced Vanilla Oat Latte and a Watermelon Smoothie. Drinks were really good.
