I’ve been wanting to try different roasters for espresso at home and I enjoyed my visit here. Really cute store with the roasting operation in the back. It’s more of a storefront than just a coffee shop but it’s set up to deliver both. Easily found street parking right outside. It was a weekday and I had the whole place to myself. The barista was friendly and helped me pick out the right beans and prepared a delicious shot for me. Had a shot of their Midnight beans. Got a to-go latte for my wife and she was very happy with it. Their espresso bean packaging is well designed with a resealable bag and an easy opening tab. Roasting date conveniently printed on the label. Definitely adding them to my rotation.

Happened to just Google "coffee roasters" on my way back to FW from Rockwall and this place popped up. Im glad I decided to make the stop. The shop was small and cozy, the barista friendly, and the coffee was awesome! I ordered a double Espresso, a Peruvian and a Cappuccino with some vanilla syrup, and both were made with care.

☕️1 BEAN : A very good espresso with impressive consistency. The chocolate notes are deep and steady from the first sip to the finish, supported by a well executed dark roast profile. The aftertaste shifts into something bright and calming, almost like green tea, which gives the shot a surprising refinement. A clear 1 Bean experience. Clarity, balance, and craft.

Excellent little coffee shop in Dallas! Really enjoyed their cold brew. The service was very friendly. If I lived here, this would be my go to Sunday reading spot! Were they open in Sundays that is. Haha Make sure to stop in and give them a shot!

S++ tier coffee. Actually good, complex, smooth, and not bitter at all. Doesn’t need any sweeteners.
