I visited Otto’s Coffee & Fine Foods and had an amazing experience. We met the baristas Nethely and Keelly—thank you both for your great service. Especially Nethely, I’m so grateful for her patience while taking our order; she was incredibly friendly and professional. The place has a lovely classic vibe, and their baked goods are delicious. I loved it so much, I wish there were unlimited stars to give them! ⭐✨

We visited here multiple times. Edgar, Ruth, Teri, and Phillip were so kind, helpful, and welcoming to us while we were staying in the Adolphus. The food and drinks were great! My wife loved the Wedding Cake Latte! Keep it up!

Since moving to Dallas recently I've been looking for a great coffee shop that I could attend, and I've really enjoyed going to Otto's. The atmosphere is really vibrant, and the baristas are always so welcoming and friendly. They have so many great drink options available, and while I typically stick to getting a matcha or chai, everything I've tried has been great! It's always a great day when I start it at Otto's with Edgar, Ale, Terri, Phillip, and Gaby :D

I am a regular customer at Otto's Coffee & Fine Foods, and I keep coming back because of the excellent coffee and outstanding service. Jose, Sarlie, and Edgart always make me feel welcome and treat every customer with kindness and professionalism. Their positive attitude and attention to detail make this place special. I highly recommend Otto's to anyone looking for great coffee and a friendly atmosphere. Thank you for always providing such a wonderful experience!

The location and hours are very convenient, and the lounge area is nice and comfortable. The barista station did look a little messy, and I think the staff could benefit from some additional training. That said, I would definitely give them a second chance, maybe a different shift has a more experienced barista.
