What a hidden gem in Fort Worth! Although the shop is small, the vibes are nothing short of immaculate. There is select seating, so I wouldn't recommend banking on it for a study spot, however, it's the perfect place to chat with a friend. I got a strawberry matcha with cold foam, and my friend got a honey latte. The cold foam was amazing, but the matcha itself wasn't noteworthy. If I was craving a sweet, cold, fresh drink this is one I'd reach for. Plus, the staff is super friendly, and you can tell there is lots of love poured into every drink. They also have breakfast tacos, which I am hoping to try my next visit!

3-3-2026 As my little one and I walked inside, we were greeted with a warm welcome by Collin. The owner, Collin, was the one who made the delicious drinks. He was personable, friendly, and ensured his customers liked what they ordered, which shows that he truly cares about his customers. I ordered an iced strawberry matcha with oat milk and a Golden Hour latte with oat milk as well. The strawberry matcha was creamy, and delicious. It wasn't overwhelmingly sweet, and you could actually taste the matcha and strawberries in their cold foam. It was pretty good. 5/5 The Golden Hour latte with oat milk was so good, and it went perfectly with their in-house syrup. Yummy. As recommended by the owner, it's better to sip it with the lid instead of using a straw because you get all the flavors. It was perfect. 5/5 I was so happy with both my drinks. They are a tad pricey, but it's worth your money, unlike other coffee spots that charge over $10 for a mediocre matcha or coffee. Ivy is definitely a treat and well worth it. The interior is very inviting and laid back. I was a fan of the openness of the area, and it was perfect with the warm weather. It felt cool in the coffee shop and a cool breeze was felt while there. There is a couch and a few tables to reject while you drink your coffee of matcha, eat something, read, or work on school work etc. It's not a huge coffee shop, but it's the perfect little spot with such welcoming vibes. Overall, an amazing experience with bomb drinks, positive atmosphere and superb customer service. If you haven't stopped by for coffee, matcha, or food, I highly recommend you do.

Small but mighty. The excellent staff alone gets it 5 stars. The drinks are great, and the staff made sure to ask how they were. Great tacos as well. Feels like a hidden gem I’d absolutely recommend.

I visited Ivy Coffee Roasters last Sunday morning after searching for a quieter coffee spot to get some work done, and honestly I ended up liking the place much more than I expected. The moment I walked in, the smell of fresh coffee hit immediately, and you could tell they actually take coffee seriously instead of just serving basic drinks quickly like a lot of chain cafés. The atmosphere felt warm and relaxed without being overly crowded. There were a few people reading, some working on laptops, and others casually talking with friends. The music stayed low enough that it never became distracting, which I appreciated since I planned on staying awhile. I ordered an oat milk latte along with a breakfast pastry, and both were excellent. The coffee had a smooth, rich flavor without tasting burnt or overly bitter. You could actually taste the espresso instead of just sugar and syrup. The pastry also tasted fresh and flaky, not like something that had been sitting in a display case all day. One thing that really stood out was the staff. The barista noticed I was looking at the coffee bean selection and started explaining the difference between a couple roasts without sounding pretentious or pushy. It felt more like talking to someone who genuinely enjoys coffee and wants customers to enjoy it too. The seating area and counters stayed clean even during the morning rush, and people didn’t feel rushed to leave after finishing their drinks. Prices were a little higher than standard coffee chains, but honestly the quality and overall experience made it worth it. Overall, Ivy Coffee Roasters felt like the kind of coffee shop people become regulars at. Great coffee, friendly staff, and a calm atmosphere made it easy to want to come back again.

Easily our new favorite coffee spot. Incredible atmosphere!! we've tried the hot chocolate, iced Mocha latte, Mocha latte, salted honey Caramel latte, and iced toasted marshmallow latte to name a few. The owner is a really cool guy per my significant other. The breakfast melt is really tasty! Love a good breakfast sandwich with sourdough. Theres a large parking lot around the corner which is very convenient.
