What a wonderful location with an amazing backstory. I learned that their team that works there consists of people with special needs or disabilities (forgive my ignorance on terminology). The cafe had great options and is very cozy. Wifi is great, and they look like they have food options which I have to try next time. I tend to float to different cafes to work, so this will be on my list to visit again!

Highly recommend for anyone with gluten sensitivity/celiac. Cinnamon rolls are on-point, even in the take home 6 pack. Great staff, clean, nice seating area with alot of natural light. They also carry Policubes!

After a walk with the hubby at beautiful Phil Hardberger Park, we considered what to do next. Not quite ready to go home on this beautiful Saturday, we searched for a nearby coffee shop on Google. The Mermaid Cafe came up, so we decided to check it out. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere, a clearly displayed menu, and a beautiful color scheme. The service was friendly, and the manager answered all our questions about the 100% gluten free menu. I ordered the broccoli quiche and an iced tea, while the hubby ordered the drip coffee. They have a variety of sweeteners, cream, and even cinnamon to add to your coffee. Both the dining room and the restrooms are spotless, and the place was quite busy. I 100% recommend this place especially if you are looking for a 100% gluten-free cafe experience.

This place is incredible! It’s so clean and the decor is beachy chic. My friend and I shared the ham and cheese quiche and the lemon cake…omgeeeee! So delicious and hard to believe that it’s all gluten free. The iced chai latte was also lovely and refreshing.

We were a group of 7 and everyone had a great time. Everyone ordered different things and all the items were delicious! I have a dairy allergy and my friend can’t have gluten. We were both so happy they had food we could choose from. Thank you!!
