I have been drinking Project Seed Coffee since they just sold Cold Brew at local popup markets. I frequented their first location and love their new location! The signature lattes and seasonal ones are all so good! The Ube Velvet with Panadan cold foam is definitely a staple to have, but my favorite is the Turon Latte! Their refreshers are a good alternative, like the Strawberry Calamansi, not too sweet, just enough to be delicious. Just recently I tried their Matcha for the first time. Matcha fans need to give it a try! I had an Iced Roasted Matcha with Strawberry Cold Foam, so good! Now for the pastries and food! The Spam and egg pandesal reminds me of when I was younger. Great little sandwich to go with your coffee. But if you’re looking for a sweeter treat, the ensaymadas are always good or if the cookies or even the Spanish bread. I heard they have roll cakes now! I’ll have to try that next time!

I absolutely 💯 love this spot... Project Seed Coffee is an excellent spot for one of kind pastries and cold or hot coffee drinks.. They offer their Signature latte, cold brew, teas, and coffees ☕️ 😋. With traditional favors... The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about the menu 😋Phillipino inspired! One of a kind... Thank you Erene for your always making me feel welcomed!

Project Seed Coffee is a great local Filipino coffee shop near Town Center with a welcoming atmosphere and unique menu items you don’t find too often. The shop is very spacious and comfortable inside, which makes it a great place to hang out for a bit. Staff were friendly and even remembered my order despite not coming in for a few months. I had the ube cold brew and you can actually taste real ube instead of just artificial flavoring. The ube pandesal was really good too and had a generous amount of cream cheese filling. Will definitely be back!

Project Seed Coffee offers a delightful selection of unique Filipino drinks and pastries. We tried the ube velvet and buko pandan lattes and preferred the pandan for its stronger flavor. The ube cinnamon bun and ube ensaymada were visually appealing but a bit too sweet for our taste. Overall, we would return for the drinks. The staff is friendly, and the cafe is thoughtfully designed and welcoming.

LOVE IT HERE!!! I’ve been here thrice now (once at the manor house location, twice at the baxter road location) and it gets better every time. The drinks and food are more than exceptional and the service is amazing. Shout out to Amira and Ella for greeting me with warmth and a smile on their faces :) My favorite things to get are the seasonal drinks, hot chocolate, and the biscoff ensaymada. The interior is gorgeous and well decorated too!
