The staff here were very helpful and welcoming! I heard about this place online and decided to try it out on a whim. They answered my questions, made recommendations, and were friendly and hospitable; more so than what you’d experience at a typical chain shop. The music they played was also great. For a first timer, I definitely felt like my business was appreciated. Will come again.

We used to drive all the way to Chicago just for it because it was one of our favorite spots. The Milwaukee location did not disappoint at all.refreshers,desserts, and drinks are absolutely amazing, and everything tastes just as good as we remembered. The atmosphere is beautiful, clean, and welcoming. What impressed me the most was the customer service. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. You can really tell they care about their customers and take pride in what they do. I’m so happy we finally have Al Hamwi in Milwaukee. Highly recommend it to anyone!

Highly recommended this place! The coffee was fresh, staff are so welcoming! The chocolate, nuts and seeds are at a different level. So delicious!

Great atmosphere, quality coffee, and super friendly staff. The space feels welcoming and modern, and you can tell they care about the experience from start to finish. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to regularly.
