Yesterday in Phoenix 33-34 degrees Celsius 🥵 perfect time to enjoy 3 scoops of ice cream from our favorite hand-batched ice cream shop. Eating ice cream while watching sunset 🌅 sooo blessed. Seriously my hubby is an ice cream snoot and he said Novel ice-cream best in the world and we travel all over for those who know us. Who else will drive 45 mins to get ice-cream only?😅 Hubby had 2 scoops of Bourbon with toffee bits (both our favorites as you can really taste the bourbon) and Vanilla Madascar , I had the 1 scoop bourbon, 1 scoop butter pecan soooo good , 1 scoop strawberry. Wished they had more bigger chunks of strawberry. But my all time favorite was having the hot donut filled with bourbon and toffee bits ice cream. I’ve had that twice before but didn’t review. The texture & unique flavours out of this world. Yes even better than Chemistry ice cream per my hubby. A must visit if you’re in Phoenix Arizona, they have 2 locations now. Novel Ice Cream was outstanding. I tried the Peanut Butter Wasted flavor and it was the best ice cream I’ve had in a long time. Rich peanut butter flavor, perfect texture, and every bite tasted fresh. The staff was friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more flavors.

This place was so cute. They have thee best customer service, a cute pair area to enjoy your dessert and also the cherry on top of the cake was how exquisite their ice cream was. I found this place in AZ while we were visit from Los Angeles, lucky us, we now have a new favorite ice cream place to go to when we come down to Mesa. Thank you so much for the delicious treats and the warm smiles!

We partnered with the Novel Ice Cream Truck for an event at our community, and the service was incredible from start to finish. The team was professional, friendly, and easy to work with throughout the planning process, making everything seamless on event day. Our residents absolutely loved the experience. The truck itself was a fun and unique attraction, and the ice cream was a huge hit. Their signature DoughMelt! It is ice cream sandwiched between a warm glazed donut! It was especially popular and had everyone talking long after the event ended. The quality of the desserts exceeded expectations, and there was something for everyone to enjoy.
