Parking is easy at this location. The coffee shop is in a shared space with a cider brewery and a pizza spot. All of the businesses in this shared space are great and have high quality products. The coffee shop carries amazing baked goods and they have this one amazing chocolate chunk cookie in their rotation. Their coffee is amazing and the baristas are very knowledgeable. The drip is always good and their pour overs are perfect every time. This roaster is showcasing some amazing creations and although the beans are a bit expensive the quality is very high. Highly recommend getting coffee here and trying their other drinks.

I really wanted to be mad at them because they wouldn’t do coffee to go, insisting that the paper cup will ruin the flavor. Guys c’mon it’s a $30 cup of coffee. If you’ll do it *iced*, and you’re not descaling your ice machine, treating the input water, adjusting ratios etc. then this rule is extremely performative and silly, also clearly if I’ll spend $30 on a single cup of coffee just charge me more and give me a better cup that doesn’t effect the flavor. At that point I don’t care I’ll pay $100/cup. Also if I’m coming specifically to try that, obviously I’m aware of flavors and the trade off that could be happening in a paper cup. Okay that said: I got an Ethiopian natty and it was really good. And the fact that they’ll do every coffee they have as either pour over or espresso is really cool, I think futuro is the only other shop in town who will do that. Baristas were nice, coffee was great, everybody clearly cares. Just a very silly rule about paper cups. Guys, Sey, one of the best roasters in the country, will give me coffee to go! Do they have some type of cups that haven’t made it to us in AZ yet? Stop this silliness it’s not 2010 cartel anymore! It’s okay, we can do paper cups, we have the technology. Okay okay I love you, great coffee, but you made me sad and it was Father’s Day. My wife brought me here specifically as a treat, but she had to stay in the car with our sleeping kids. We’ve been brewing a lot of geshas at home, and wanted to try thjs one, since we’ve heard Pair was one of the best spots in the city. This level of rigidity on a policy, even when I offered to just buy one of the glasses, basically ruined what should have been a nice surprise Father’s Day gift from my wife. Again I appreciate the dedication to the craft, but it really seems like after explaining that I’m an enthusiast who made a specific trip here to try this specific coffee, but had a wife waiting in the car with sleeping kids, that an exception could made about a paper cup.

I am so glad to see that the good people at Cider Corps have opened their awesome space to other businesses for extended hours. My wife and I enjoyed the drinks and pastries from Pair cupworks and the barista did an amazing job on the service. Keep up the awesome work in the community!

Truly some of the best coffee brewers in the Valley! Pair’s coffee rotations are always exciting season to season, offering unique selections alongside their speciality drinks. Would highly recommend for anyone into specialty coffee or someone interested in exploring that side of coffee. The only “downside” that I can think of is that, when super busy, it can get backed up and sometimes you’re waiting a bit longer than your average coffee shop. However, given their bar space and the rushes they get, it’s nothing and always worth it.

Located inside Cider Corps, this is a solid coffee shop. I got the white chocolate matcha cookie, and it was very tasty. I also got the Costa Rica espresso. I really enjoyed it. Lots of seating and a nice atmosphere. I'd be back if I were in the area.
