I’ve been coming to Lacuna for a while now, and it’s become one of my favorite places to unwind in downtown Phoenix. The atmosphere is one of its biggest strengths. The space is welcoming, relaxing, and has a vibe that feels different from your typical bar scene. It’s the perfect place to socialize, work for a bit, or just enjoy a drink without alcohol being the center of the experience. The service can vary depending on who’s behind the bar. Some of the baristas and mixologists bring an infectious energy that makes the experience even better, while others are a little more reserved. That said, I’ve never had an experience bad enough to keep me from coming back. I just know there are certain days when the staff’s enthusiasm really elevates the whole visit. Josh, in particular, always stood out and made everyone feel welcome. If he’s no longer there, he’s definitely missed. As for the drinks, they’re consistently great. After trying both kava and kratom and working my way through a good portion of the menu, I’ve found myself leaning toward the kratom drinks. I love being able to enjoy the relaxing, social feeling without drinking alcohol. Whenever I bring someone for their first visit, I almost always recommend the Strawberry Bliss. It’s approachable, delicious, and has become my go-to suggestion for newcomers. Overall, Lacuna offers a unique experience that keeps me coming back. Great drinks, an incredible atmosphere, and a concept that gives people an alternative to traditional bars make it a place I’m always happy to recommend.

What can I say about this botanical bar? Its AMAZING! From the wonderfully experienced and loving staff to an awesome lounge that offers delicious drinks and fun events. What else can you ask for?! If you live in the area and dont care to drink alcohol, this is the ULTIMATE spot! Go say hi to the Lacuna crew (Josh,Kenzie,Bird and Delilah!) And have them make you one of their signature drinks, you wont be disappointed! Cheers!

When you walk into Lacuna you are greeted with a call and energetic atmosphere. With multiple vibes throughout its got a huge backyard where they do paint& puffs, yoga, as wellas host events. Inside theyll do open mics, karaoke, board games.With awesome staff how could go wrong stop in and say that Jacob sent you!

Loved this lil gem. Had delicious drinks. The waitress was adorable and welcoming and personable. The atmosphere was very relaxing. Excited to see there March calendar. Will be here again for sure.

Lacuna is such a VIBE! I loved how knowledgeable the employees are and helpful when guiding you through the menu. I also enjoyed the inviting bohemian atmosphere. I’m a musician and came for the open mic, which was a great time (the hosts were super supportive). Will definitely be back!
