You would think that The Mill in Sac is related to The Mill in SF. Both have the same minimalist rustic aesthetic, a form of artisan carbs (waffle in Sac, toast in SF), crafty coffee drinks, and elevated prices for the elevated experience. The Mill definitely caught our eye while browsing Google maps. It's a beautifully curated space with neutral tones, custom oak tables, and a touch of vintage with the oldschool metal chairs. The extensive full page menu is neatly organized into classic coffee drinks, teas, and specialty coffee creations. There’s also a fancy-looking display case of your standard cafe pastries and a selection of pound cakes. Very tempting, but it didn't include prices. Noms: *Cassia cold brew: so pretty! It's sweet and creamy with a nice depth from the cassia *Wildwood flower latte: description was more exciting than the actual drink, it mostly tasted like a honey latte with subtle floral overtones. For an $8 latte, I think they should at least sprinkle some edible petals for the 'gram *Yeasted waffle: wow I get the hype. It's fresh, airy, and crispy, a delicious savory breakfast. It looks big but it's actually quite light and easily an individual portion. It's more salty than I'd like, but otherwise I would unfortunately say that the $7.75 waffle is worth trying :') Notes: - There is ample seating, but it seems like only one table along the wall has an outlet - Decent wifi - + $0.90 for alternative milk sub -+$1 for jam or maple syrup for your waffle -Street parking in the neighborhood isn't too bad - Service was warm and friendly; they bring your order to your table Total damage was ~$30 for coffee and a shared waffle for two. I want to say it's worthwhile for the immaculate vibes... The Mill definitely got me to realize I'm in a lifestyle creep.

Been here a couple of times now, and it’s becoming a favorite. Excellent artisanal espresso / coffee, small rotating baked goods selection, fresh waffles. Calming atmosphere, relaxing playlists - wood tables and plenty of seating (limited outlets). Outdoor seating available too.

The Mill is a great coffee shop in Midtown. The coffee was delicious, and I ordered a waffle that was just as good—fresh, flavorful, and really satisfying. The seating is comfortable and well laid out, making it a nice place to relax or hang out for a bit. The service was wonderful, friendly, and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Everything I had was solid, and I’ll definitely be coming back.

Nice coffee place with nice atmosphere. I came for a pastry but the options are limited. There are other alternatives on the menu. I'm sure it's not the best coffee shop in town. I wouldn't mind going back though. It can get noisy.

Parking might be challenging, but I needed to go to a hardware store anyway, so we stopped at Ace Hardware first. Good drinks, good music, good vibes. A lot of folks frequent this spot, you can tell because they know their way around. When you taste a drink, it'll make all of the sense.
