Saturday morning and they didn’t have 1%milk or sugar free vanilla. Coffee was good but came cold for my taste. The açaí bowl had a few blueberries but hard to find and granola was very minimal. Pretty disappointing as the other reviews were great. We were expecting a coffee in a ceramic mug as we said we are eating here, but everything came to go. Sadly a bad experience. Bathroom lock didn’t lock either. It was clean bathroom though.

Condesa Coffee immediately stood out to me not just as a coffee shop, but as a brand with identity, intention, and culture behind it. As a CEO, I pay attention to establishments that understand atmosphere, consistency, presentation, and community and Condesa executes all four exceptionally well. The space feels curated without trying too hard. The energy is sophisticated yet approachable, something many businesses attempt and very few actually accomplish. You can tell there is pride behind the operation, from the design of the space to the quality of the coffee and the professionalism of the staff. What makes this place even more impressive is seeing a Black-owned business operate with this level of refinement and discipline in hospitality. It does not lean on trends or gimmicks it simply delivers quality. That matters. The espresso was excellent, the environment was productive and calm, and the entire experience felt intentional from beginning to end. Places like this are important because they raise the standard while still creating a sense of community and belonging. Condesa Coffee is not just a coffee shop, it is a well-executed brand experience, and Atlanta needs more establishments operating at this level.

Vibe is a 10/10! I had the matcha latte with lavender syrup and it was delicious. Love that they also have a DJ on some nights, plus games, books, and art for sale. Such a fun and unique spot!

Condesa Coffee is a nice coffee shop. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. I got a latte with whole milk and hubby got drip coffee. The latte had lots of microfoam and was rich with espresso. They had ceramic cups, which I prefer. The drip coffee was whole body and rich. There is plenty of street parking as well as a parking deck. They have two bathrooms.

Fantastic! Came for Slow Mornings Coworking with Maison Mogul Consulting and the service and menu are top tier! Choices of tea, coffee and the sandwiches! Yummy! Highly recommend! Lovely service!
