I loved this place! A friend and I tried it for the first time and the everything was wonderful. The owner was kind and funny. Coffee was amazing and food was chef’s kiss! Prices were also VERY affordable, if I lived close by, this would he a regular stop. I noticed a lot of regulars came in and the workers knew them by name, speaks to their reputation.

I stumbled upon this place as an out-of-towner, and what a gem! The vibe was cozy and inviting and the employees treated patrons like family, greeting many by their first names. The chocolate yogurt bread was yummy and the espresso machiatto was the best cup I've ever had. Koba Cafe will now be a required stop each future visit I make to Baltimore!

If you are looking for a local coffee shop in the riverside/locust point area, look no further than Koba Café. My partner and I stopped in for afternoon coffee and pastries while visiting Baltimore and everything we tried was to die for. We especially love their seasonal coffee cake and lemon poppy seed muffin. Their coffee is also excellent and was prepared exactly to order. We loved it so much that we ended up going back every day we were in town. The staff are incredibly friendly, and it is in a cozy, comfortable space. I highly recommend a visit!

Friendly Staff, amazing food and coffee. The downstairs eating area is a nice spot to socialize and I love utilizing the upstairs to study on my laptop. Highly recommend!

Such a cute neighborhood cafe! Their gluten-free focaccia was a REALLY pleasant surprise!! Such friendly staff, really good energy. I wish I lived close by bc this would be my everyday spot for sure.
