If this cafe was in my neighborhood I’d definitely be a regular. It was so cute, a cozy place to sit and enjoy your morning drink and pastry and perhaps get some things done on your phone or laptop. In the time we stayed in the area we went there more than once, I tried the spicy mocha which was very nice, I also enjoyed the various pastries we tried. The crowd was pleasant and the servers were hard working and friendly.

It's got a dark and cozy vibe with a calm atmosphere and plenty of varied seating. But some of the chairs were pretty rundown. The lady behind the counter was friendly, and the food came out quickly. The food was premade and refrigerated, and they just warm it up for you. I had the breakfast bake and ham & gruyere. The breakfast bake was still cold in the middle. They tasted ok, but I wasn't particularly impressed with the flavor - likely primarily due to the low amount of filing ingredients. The prices weren't outrageous on their own, but it felt a bit high for the quality of what I received.

What I like: (1) The hours. The fact that its open late is the best thing about this place for me. (2) The atmosphere is nice overall (with the caveats below). It's quiet enough to work or study, but doesn't feel like a library. I enjoy their playlists too, but that's very subjective. (3) The employees have always been nice and helpful. What I don't like: (1) It's the only coffee shop I've been to in the world without functional Wifi. You csn only access google websites (search, gmail, YouTube). Nothing else. If the wifi worked properly (if I could access work and school sites) I'd go there often! (2) It feels a bit dirty. I never sit on the couches. It doesn't seem like they've ever been cleaned. (3) It's over priced. I get either tea or hot chocolate. It's good but more expensive than some other places. The food is meh in my opinion. If you're hungry and need a snack, it'll do. (4) In my experience, there was no heat in the winter. Deal breaker for me. I'm not gonna sit and work/study with a coat and hat. I have tea and snacks at home too. :)

The pastries here are fresh and delicious. Not a fan of the chocolate chip cookie, doesn’t have enough chocolate chips for my liking. But those puff pastries are great. Also my fav coffee in town. Another plus is that they are open late. Friendly staff always.

I was excited to go in and try this place looked very cute online. I was very disappointed with the service and the coffee. The girl working questioned my order as if it was too much caffeine and was given an obvious drip coffee instead of an espresso shot. The coffee is not worth coming here too maybe the speakeasy night life is better :/
