Visited this coffee shop recently and honestly had a really relaxing and enjoyable experience overall. The café had a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment I walked in. The interior looked clean, cozy, and well maintained, with comfortable seating and calm background music that made the environment feel peaceful and inviting. I ordered a latte along with a pastry, and both were prepared really well. The coffee tasted fresh, smooth, and rich without being overly sweet or too strong. You could tell quality ingredients were being used because the flavor felt balanced and satisfying from the very first sip. The pastry also tasted fresh and paired perfectly with the drink. Everything arrived quickly and was presented nicely.

Cute and cozy with really amazing signature summer drinks! I had the Smoked Clouds and Salmon Quiche which were both incredible. Friendly and fast staff, couldn't ask for a better breakfast!

The Stoop is hands down one of the best coffee spots in Baltimore! From the moment you walk in, you're welcomed by warm, inviting vibes and an energy that feels like home. The employees are friendly and genuinely seem to love what they do, which makes the whole experience even better. The owners are often around, chatting with customers and bringing a personal touch to the place that makes it feel like a true community hub. Their coffee is amazing--there's a familiar but exceptional flavor to it, like the best version of a classic brew. It's rich, flavorful, and expertly made, and pairs perfectly with their impressive selection of pastries and treats, which are always fresh and delicious. Another unique perk of The Stoop is their point system, which lets you earn rewards and discounts for future purchases. It's such a nice way to feel appreciated as a regular, and it definitely keeps me coming back. The ambiance is really something special here, too. The walls are adorned with a stunning hand-painted mural that brings so much character to the space. It's vibrant and artistic, adding to the overall cozy aesthetic. I’ve had about 5 or 6 different baristas At this café make caramel lattes. All of the baristas except for one make my latte perfect!! This is the only reason I cannot give five stars. This one barista I have to ask for extra caramel. And even when I ask for extra caramel it still tastes very bitter, like there’s no caramel in the latte. Every other barista I’ve had makes the latte perfectly fine! I don’t have to ask for extra caramel and I don’t have to shake or stir my thermos. But when I do ask for extra caramel from this particular barista, I had to bring it back and she had to stir my thermos. So when I take my thermos back I shook it , and I did taste more sweetness. But I just wonder why I never have to stir and shake my cup any other time when someone else makes it. I think that this particular barista needs a bit more training because I’m getting charged for extra caramel and I still have to shake my thermos so it doesn’t taste like bitter black coffee when no other barista there makes my latte like that and I don’t need to ask for extra caramel when any of the other baristas make it. But other than that, this place is great!

We arrived at 8am (they open at 7am). There was only 1 customer seated in the restaurant, so it was not busy. The oven was still "warming," so no breakfast sandwiches available for purchase. We picked from the pastry options in the display. It took the lady 15min to grab pre-made pastries out of the counter (again, no other customers waiting to be served). We get home, and are missing one of the pasteries. We go back, and again, the lady sucks even more the second time around. The lady looked inconvenienced for us to be there, making the atmosphere uncomfortable. They need to hire someone else. The food that we had to select from was decent. We won't be going back.
