Zeek & Rene Restaurant Promoters 3 months agoAbsolutely amazing experience!!! Definitely one of the best coffee spots in Las Vegas! The line can get long because, it is a very popular Vietnamese coffee shop. But the service was super quick. The line to order was long but moved quickly and then you hop over to the next line with multiple registers to pay. They also want you try your drink before you pay to make sure you will love it or not, so can make you different one. Definitely the best customer service and overall best experience you will have. Beyond the food and drinks, the atmosphere at Phin Smith is welcoming and thoughtfully designed-modern yet cozy, making it a great place to catch up with friends, get some work done, or just enjoy a moment with a really good cup of coffee. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what they're serving, which always makes a difference. We have ordered two hot specialty lattes: The O'ahu Joe and the Lavender Latte, so delicious and nicely balanced. Not overly sweet. There is definitely more iced drinks than hot which is one thing I wish they'd expand a bit. But overall the flavors are unique and they offer seasonal options too. Overall : Phin Smith delivers consistency, quality, and unique taste. Whether you're already a fan of Vietnamese coffee or trying it for the first time, this is a spot that's absolutely worth visiting.
My Le 5 months agoWe live in southern CA and down the street from the original Phin Smith location in Orange County but my BIL was craving for Vietnamese coffee on the drive to Vegas and decided to check out this location. We got the caphe brûlée which is an egg coffee. They will ask you if you want it Saigon or Hanoi style. Meaning condense milk for Saigon style or black for Hanoi style. We went with Saigon style for the sweet and creaminess. Prior to this, we had already stopped at an American coffee shop. The more I try different coffee, Vietnamese coffee is just the best. The coffee at Phin is strong, bold, Smokey nutty, bitter taste just how I like it. This location is huge with many tables compared to the OC location. They offer unique flavors like peanut butter coffee which I have never seen before. Banana coffee and avocado coffee is another specialty. My go to from Phin Smith had always been the ice blended coconut coffee. Service was super quick. The line to order was long but moved quickly. Then you hop over to the next line with multiple registers to pay. You can also pick up pastries.
Felicity Chiou 4 months agoBeing here so many times, no matter what time I get here, always hard to find a parking and never saw available seats. This is definitely a popular coffee spot that you don’t want to miss. Can’t skip their coconut blended and javacado blended, both are heavenly delicious. They recently added the egg white Vietnamese coffee which is good and on the strong side. Their version of cafe sua da is good, too. Tried the Korean Corn Syrup latte and the other popular item, banana latte, but they were just ok to me. They also have tea options. The service here is top notch and you pay after you taste the coffee with satisfaction, or they will remake for you to your preference. Hands down my favorite coffee to go place in town. Since they opened, the quality and service haven’t dropped. Highly recommend it if you haven’t tried it.
S Langley a month agoGreat service… unique drinks… had the Banana Cream Matcha and the Strawberry Matcha. Both drinks were delicious. I lived in Japan for 6 years and the matcha was very similar. Only thing that keeps the place from getting 5 stars for atmosphere is the couches. They are on their last leg. But love the vibes.
Nataku Shenlong 2 months agoMy first time here was nice. The hair salon store told me to come try their drinks. That’s a chill place but hard to find seating as it was very busy and people were studying there taking up space it appears that they didn’t have any food. They’re only drinks, which is OK, but I would’ve liked a snack the server let me try the drink before I paid for it which is nice, but also a little awkward as he was trying to see if I liked it and he was watching me drink we’re all good. We’ll come back again if I was in the area.
