Sambalatte in summerlin is a fun, unique coffee shop. The atmosphere is cozy, clean, and I loved the upstairs "loft" area with a big table with outlets for working and studying. Seating is comfortable, lighting is good for working, and the shop was not too busy at the time of my visit. The drinks are a bit expensive, and the iced coffee was a bit lackluster. The staff at my visit was not very engaging, almost seemed annoyed with me being a first time visitor and asking questions. It was maybe just a rough day for them, I try to give benefit of the doubt! I do wish the music was a bit quieter. The selection of music was fun and great for a coffee house, it just would have been nice for it to be a bit quieter, as many other patrons were also there working or reading. Overall, I will go back. The tables, seating, atmosphere, and plentiful outlets make it a top choice for me, even if the food/drinks are only so-so.

Nice ambience. It has indoor and outdoor seating with lots of space. I ordered a ham croissant and their red rock latte, both items are delicious. They lasted me all the way till dinner time so portions was great on the croissant.

Nicely appointed coffee shop with a high ceiling and balcony area. A shorter selection of tea than I expected, but offered in either a tea bag or Cafeterie (if you're British) of a (French) Press if you are from anywhere else. Generous tea bag fills, useable 3-4 times, refuce steep time by a minute. Nice La Marzocco machine & associated grinders, etc.. impressive food case offerings. Fairly quiet, though school kids do enter and repair upstairs. Plenty if laptops in use. I am sure in hotter weather, this place stays cool.

The chocolate chip banana bread pudding was excellent and the coffee was very good too. I would definitely recommend. They even have us a free pastry bc they accidentally warmed the wrong one.
