My family and I were looking for a coffee shop with dairy free options. I explained my allergies and asked if they change the steamer before heating the milk. An amazing lady told me: “I can throughly clean the steamer to ensure you can safely enjoy your coffee”. She went above and beyond. In other coffee places, the answer was: We use the same steamer for all milks. My family also enjoyed amazing lemon muffins. Coffees were delicious. I truly appreciate the kindness and compassion showed.

Very cute cafe in a great location. Arrived here for work with a big group unannounced (which I felt bad for) but they treated everyone so friendly and warmly. Everyone in my 25 person party got their orders quickly, had a place to sit and enjoyed themselves. I heard many “yum”s in my group so it’s safe to say it’s a great spot for a coffee and muffin during your next time in Queen City Center. Thank you Lottie’s!

Where do I begin??? We absolutely loved this place. Family owned and operated and they make you feel like you’re family while you are there. One of the sisters who co-owns, Alicia, greeted us as soon as we came in and helped us decide what to try: We came here for lunch on Saturday and it was so good- we had to come again on Sunday before we left town. I was literally dreaming about the sandwich- which I requested open-faced. Not only did they accommodate the request- the chef/ co-owner Ashley came to our table to make sure she understood the request. She did. I’m already thinking of reasons to come back to Charlotte so we can come here again! My husband had the heavenly chicken club. I don’t think they make anything that isn’t a home run. Ladies- thank you for one of our most memorable experiences! And don’t forget to check out their awesome boutique located right next door. Nostalgia Hollow could hold its own against the similar shops in SoHo. We were thrilled to find multiple pieces of stylish and sleek clothes- with great prices. Is there anything these women can’t do?? I don’t think so!

Pleasant coffee shop, and the staff was nice. I got the famous airplane latte (which yes was good), and I got a veggie sandwich. I was very pleased that this coffee shop had food options beyond the normal pastries/bakery items. I especially appreciated how they had vegetarian options. I stopped in here for lunch today, and I was happy with my experience. I love all the different fun latte options! I will definitely be back.

My son found this nice coffee shop/ cafe during a morning walk from the hotel. We tried it and it’s elegant and clean with delicious lattes and bagel breakfast sandwiches. We met the owner and took a photo with her. My husband never meets a stranger. It’s was so good we return for breakfast today before leaving town. If I’m in Charlotte again, I will be eating breakfast here. I must saw more about the bagels. It was the right amount of softness but the perfect texture for a bagel. Oh and the aioli sauce on the side was like icing on a cake.
