Thousand Hills Coffee & Social is a standout café in the Charlotte area and one I would enthusiastically recommend. The space is notably large with a generous variety of seating options, including a beautiful area bathed in natural light and a garage-style door that opens up to a comfortable outdoor seating area. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, with books, board games, and a pool table available to all guests - a thoughtful touch that encourages guests to linger and enjoy the space. The baristas were genuinely kind and attentive. On the food and beverage side, the spinach pastry was a standout - flavorful and satisfying - and the matcha was well-crafted and delicious. I will absolutely be returning. One concern worth noting: the restroom lock did not appear to be functioning securely, as the door was able to be opened from the outside while occupied. This is a safety issue that should be addressed, and Management attention here would be appreciated.

Worth the drive (coming from Matthews) I visited twice now, and I can’t say enough good things about the customer experience and the delicious products. Their signature drinks are amazing, hot or iced. Their bagels are good good, and the pastries are so unique. We had this lemon meringue pie, sort of cheese danish, and we were fighting over every last crumb. I love the hot brown sugar latte. I wish we had one out by Stallings :)

Incredible coffee shop right in downtown. I LOVe the different kinds of seating they have especially the upstairs. Food is limited and average. Coffee is good. Atmosphere is top notch! So glad I stopped

I recently visited this coffee shop while in Charlotte, North Carolina, and I was truly impressed. They are doing an outstanding job. The coffee is absolutely delicious—very smooth, not bitter at all, and unlike anything I’ve had before. I ordered the cardamom coffee, and it was exceptional—rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. Beyond the coffee, I really appreciate their focus on quality and health. They offer a great selection of healthy options, including protein shakes to go, overnight oats, and unique protein bars made without harmful chemicals. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into what they serve.

I had such a delicious iced latte!! The service was amazing. The atmosphere was lively on a Sunday, but not too loud. You can even play pool there. I will definitely be back!
