Gorgeous café in the heart of Old City with friendly staff, a warm ambience, and delicious eats! I’ve been meaning to stop by since Mocha Melt Café’s grand opening just shy of a year ago, and it is such a great addition to our Philadelphia food scene! Perfect for those visiting out of town and checking out our Constitution Center, this is just a short walk away with breakfast, lunch, and dessert options. Some must tries are the Dubai Chocolate “fettucine” with a scoop of gelato! The “Four Seasons” waffle stick was also delicious and freshly made with nutella, milk chocolate, Lotus (cookie butter) and pistachio cream. Also, their tiramisu latte was made with two strong shots of espresso, and wasn’t too sweet! Perfectly balanced for the energy boost you need. I can’t wait to come back with a larger group to try more amazing offerings on their menu!

I went to Mocha Melt to get some work done for a few hours. They have plenty of seating options, along with free WiFi and outlets, which made it a great spot to settle in and be productive. I ordered the tiramisu latte, and it was perfect — not too sweet. They also offer dairy substitutions if you can’t have whole milk. The workers were very patient and welcoming as well. Next time I visit, I’ll definitely have to try some of their sweet treats.

I stop by for a cup of Coffee and discovered they are more than a coffee shop, they serve a variety of items like crepes, shakes, croissants, they even serve breakfast. I ordered a coffee and that was one of the best coffee I ever had if not the best cup of coffee. I usually order black coffee but I had to try one of their other coffee options because there was too many new coffee items to choose from. So I decided to make it fun and order their Tiramisu Latte which had a very rich coffee taste.

This is truly one of Philadelphia’s hidden gems and few cafes open late at night. The crepes and waffles are both rich and sweet. The coffee is strong, and there are also different flavors to select. The workers here are so friendly and welcoming. I recommend this place if you want to get coffee by yourself and read a book, or if you want to hang out with a friend/group of friends.

Everything in here is delicious!! I went with my bf and we tried a bunch but I’d have to recommend the tiramisu latte & the trio crepe as my tops!! the pistachio sauce they use is to die for. If you don’t want sweets, the paninis are also very good. There’s also lots of tables where you could work or hangout.
