I went there around 7:40 am for breakfast and it was almost full with amazing well-gestured people. There’s plenty of parking spaces. The restaurant interior has a beautiful vintage vibe. We have tasted various menu options and they were delicious. I would recommend anyone to try this restaurant, it’s a 9 out of 10 for me based on food, service and atmosphere.

Just a great old school style diner with a country feel. Breakfast was awesome! Prices were extremely reasonable. We flew into Bakersfield airport and neeeded to grab a bite! Staff was friendly. Zero complaints. Food was on point! Definitely recommend for breakfast!

The food was absolutely delicious—our French toast and meat lovers omelette were both flavorful and generously portioned. You definitely get a lot of food for the price. The customer service was top-notch; everyone was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome. On top of that, the ambiance was cool and inviting, making it the perfect spot to enjoy a meal. Highly recommend!

We had been driving almost 4 hours when we stopped in at Cove’s Knotty Pine Cafe. It’s a little spot just off the freeway, at the top of Bakersfield, and we were in need of good food after a hellacious start to our journey. The parking lot was packed, which was a good sign. We got in, got sat immediately, and ordered shortly after. Our food arrived quickly, I got the French toast combo, my husband got the Denver Omelette, with a biscuit and gravy side. Everything was delicious, hot, fresh, and hearty. It was exactly what we needed. Our server was wonderful, and if we’re ever in Bakersfield again, we know where to stop🌟

I had never been to Knotty Pine Cafe before. When I got there with my sister it was crowded but we got in very quickly. It was clean and charming and decorated real cute with antiques and country style. The food was very good and the service was wonderful. Everyone there was very friendly and the food got to the table and a very nice pace. They served breakfast and lunch items and we were there around 12:30 or so.
