Brilliant community coffee shop. Huge space as part of a church, but felt very welcoming. Great coffee snd excellent customer service. Manager Josh, was super friendly and passionate about creating good vibes and cultivating a great place for folk to meet.

I had such a wonderful experience at this coffee shop! Everything from the pastries to the drinks was absolutely delicious. The pastries were fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care, and both the coffee and tea were perfectly prepared and full of rich taste. What really made the visit stand out, though, was the customer service. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere from the moment I walked in. Overall, it’s a place that truly delivers on both quality and experience. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great coffee spot! First time in Tyler Texas from Fort Worth, definitely wish we had one back at home.

*Updated April 2026* So my go-to order has changed a bit, but my love for the community this coffee shop has brought me has only grown!! Sometimes I ask them to make my drink “a little sweeter than usual,” and they’ll sometimes leave little messages or designs and manage to be so much sweeter than the drinks they make 💞 *March 2025* If I could give this shop a million stars, I absolutely would!!! From the menu to the baristas, every aspect of The Foundry makes it the best coffee shop in town! The menu is exceptionally well priced, better than any chain around for sure. They make it a point to remember your name, your order AND your story, which makes this not just a coffee shop but a true community ❤️ special shoutout to my girls Laurem, Emma and Masha — y’all make The Foundry AMAZING!!! My go-to is the Nitro Cold Brew with Whole Milk and their signature Rose Syrup (which all Tylerites should give a try — it’s better than Lavender!) and their delicious, delightful cinnamon rolls!!

Thank you so much for helping us celebrate our daughters adoption day!!! The Foundry holds such a special place in our hearts. On top of that—-the food and coffee is delicious! The chia tea is my favorite :). If you need a place to quietly read a book, take a minute to yourself, have a meeting or party—-this is your place!!! The staff is exceptional, especially the manager, Drew! He is a kind man with a beautiful heart. We are forever grateful you let us celebrate here :)

Very pleasant decor, spacious enough between tables, and couches to have private conversations with you companion.The cappuccino could have been a little warmer in temperature, wasn't hot enough, however the flavor was splendid and the art in the milk foam was beautiful. The pastries were particularly delicious. Will go again. Thanks!
