Overall: 4.5 This is my first time trying Liberty after getting numerous recommendations from friends...let's just say it did not disappoint! I got the "Salted Honey Rosemary Matcha" on their seasonal menu. Listen, I've had a lot of matcha in my day, yet this one is so unique! It's not earthy (for all of my traditionalists), but I don't mind the sweet-milk vibes because the syrup is so good. I will definitely be back to have this drink again. As for the shop itself, there is tons of seating available. They validate parking in the garage (although I personally biked), and their baristas were super friendly! The gentlemen who made my latte even brought my drink to my table. While I'm not a coffee drinker, I'm tempted to try theirs because I've heard such amazing things. If you're looking for a quaint place to study or catch up with a friend you should add this one to the list!

Met with a friend here and it was my first time. I really loved the flavor options and my cup was absolutely beautiful and delicious. Staff was super friendly and very helpful to help me narrow down what to get. And the food was really really yummy too. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend the coffee drinks here. I had a pourover from the Shanta Golba which has great sweet notes and berry notes. I also catch a rose-like floral third note. Many thanks to the barista's manager for the great roast and to the barista for executing a well-dialed-in pourover. The gluten-free lemon blueberry cake is decent, actually really good for gluten-free. The space is industrial and airy, I could work here for awhile. Actually I'd love to brainstorm here. But really the coffee is so good I'd rather just go on a morning date.

First visits were in 2020 when I was visiting Fort Worth. The experience then is what I experience now: consistent and exceptional coffee and service. I live here now and it is my favorite place for coffee The pastries are exceptional, too. You can also get empanadas. One of my favorite aspects is that, as far as I’m aware, they do not take online orders. It creates a beautiful atmosphere that is very different than any other coffee shop I’ve visited. Paid street parking or free garage parking.

I did not like the food or the coffee. It was sweet. I think everything in south is sweet. I am from north and do not like too much sweet.
