​This coffee shop is an absolute gem. The coffee itself is genuinely excellent—rich, expertly brewed, and clearly made with a lot of care. ​What truly elevates the experience, however, is the ambiance. It is a beautifully inviting space that strikes the perfect balance: it has a wonderful, warm energy, yet it remains quiet enough to actually hear the person sitting across from you. Whether you are settling in for a casual meeting or simply catching up over a long, uninterrupted conversation, the setting is incredibly comfortable and refined. It is the perfect spot to linger over a fantastic cup of coffee. Highly recommended!

I'm so glad I took the time to walk from the Westin to try this highly rated coffee shop. The wildflower honey and cinnamon latte left me wanting more. If you haven't been in your in Seattle, don't wait just go. This place helps our undeserved youth find community and meaning in life.

Updated: the product varies significantly based on the barista. The milk for my most recent cappuccino was scalded (overheated), making the foam too thin, which disrupted the espresso, milk, foam ratio. My dry cappuccino was ~ to a latte. Too wet. In other words the training and skill of the baristas varies, which makes the outcomes inconsistent. The skillful, knowledgeable baristas know how to expertly prepare a dry cappuccino to perfection! Tight, small bubbles in the smooth, velvety foam. A perfect ratio of espresso, steamed milk, and foam. Perfect temperature. Based on my experiences in many, many coffee shops across the country, this task is harder than it appears. Very few baristas attain this level of perfection. We returned every morning of our trip, and we highly recommend this establishment!❤️☕️

I ordered a single origin Ethiopian espresso and was amazed by the flavor. Truly different from many roasts, but it was also expertly crafted. A wonderful experience. Probably the best espresso I've ever had, and I have tried many of the best cafes in many cities.

I had to update my review. We came in twice for the amazing drinks (daughter-best hot chocolate ever!), and hopefully we will be back to Seattle to see more of it! Thank you again for accommodating the hot chocolate so it wasn't hot, and everything else.
