I recently checked out a Vietnamese coffee shop and had such a nice time there. They actually had a live band playing the day I went, which made the whole experience even better. I’m not sure if that’s a regular thing, but it definitely added to the vibe. The ambiance overall was amazing, really lively but still a great place to sit and chat with friends over coffee and food. The menu itself is pretty straightforward, but everything we tried was really good. The sandwich I had was honestly spectacular, and the crème brûlée coffee was a standout. It tasted so rich and flavorful, definitely something I’d order again. One thing that stood out was the seating. It’s arranged a bit differently than most places, with chairs on both sides and smaller tables in between, and a mix of different chair styles. I’m not sure if that’s their usual setup or if it was adjusted for the live music, but it gave the place a unique feel. Overall, it’s a great spot to hang out with friends, grab coffee, and enjoy good food. I’d definitely go back.

the crème brûlée (hot) was one of the best coffee I’ve ever had! I don’t typically like black coffee but it was so smooth and not bitter at all. The egg custard mixed with the coffee was out of this world. My partner got the regular Vietnamese latte and he loved it so much! They had so many orders and they were so fast and efficient and everything looked like it was made with love. 10/10 highly recommend if you love real coffee!

What a beautiful and cool place to be. There is some street parking around the area and a decent amount of seating inside. It's bright, cozy, and cool inside. There is a community space that you can borrow and book out! There's a little store front in the back that you can get some cool and unique things. We got the Ca Phe Sua Da and Ca Phe Chuoi, with a Banh Mi Pa Te. The drinks were made well, tasted delicious, and nostalgic. The banh mi was super flavorful and I crave it often. Everything was great! Staff was busy but nice and they were helpful with questions. A good experience for traditional Viet coffee and snacks but also some modern takes with traditional flavors. I would recommend for small groups, a casual date, or just some nostalgic and traditional flavors. I will be coming back!

If you’ve never experienced it before: It’s typically made with condensed milk rather than cream. But there’s traditional and then there’s other choices. Why phin filter coffee Tastes Different • Metal filter → more oils → richer body. • Slow gravity extraction → deep, chocolatey, low-acid profile. • Often paired with robusta beans (higher caffeine, thicker crema-like foam when stirred). I needed a well rounded experience so I ordered a Vietnamese coffee flight of sorts: Cà phê brûlée With torched egg crème Cà phê là dúa With coco pandan condensed milk Cà phê den dá With simple syrup and ice, shaken My fav was the brûlée! Rich! Creamy! Fully loaded! I chose a seat in a happy, sunny yellow lit room by the window. A long, shared conference table with art supplies. If you come here, FYI YOU CAN’T SIT THERE! 😅 it’s for the creative community that shares space here and staff only. I was kindly and swiftly redirected. The other seats are…not ideal to hold a flight and if you added food, uh…good luck. There’s 2 long rows of chairs. You might be lucky if you grabbed one of the rare tiny tables when it’s busy. The staff is kind. The place is busy until after the lunch rush. The coffee is excellent. The reason I chose here is because they roast small batches of green coffee beans in house sourced from a private farm in Vietnam. 🇻🇳 Another Coffeehouse offered Phin specialty coffee flights, but here you can buy the small batch beans freshly roasted in house and you can also buy a phin filter at Hau Hau Market up the street around the bend. Which, of course, I am buying. If you have an affinity with cultural experiences and coffee, 8/10 (lost 2 cool points for meh seating but to be fair a flight is not on the menu), otherwise it’s exceptional. Do it!

Top tier across the board. The cà phê trứng is incredible, the pandan croissant is immaculate, and the theme and decor are excellent. This is a seriously good cafe. Update: coffee was so good we had to try the Trà me and Trà chôm chôm too. The Trà me was definitely the better of the two but both were fantastic!
